Wire Transfer Policy
How wire payments work for direct buyers, when credits activate, and what protections apply on buy.attestlayer.com.
AttestLayer accepts USD wire transfers as a payment method for direct-buyer Activation credit packs on buy.attestlayer.com. This policy covers the end-to-end process for that direct-buyer wire path only.
How it works
- Choose "Pay by Wire" on any Activation checkout page.
- Send the wire to the bank details shown on the checkout page (or in your invoice email).
- Include the reference — your SKU (e.g.
activation-25) and company name in the memo/reference field. This lets us match your payment automatically. - Notify us — click "Notify Us of Your Wire Transfer" on the checkout page, or email billing@attestlayer.com with the transfer date, amount, and reference.
- We confirm receipt — once the funds arrive in our account (typically 1–3 business days for domestic USD; 2–5 for international), we match the payment to your order.
- Credits are activated — you receive a confirmation email with Buyer Console access and credit balance details.

Activation timeline

Payment matching
We match incoming wires using the reference/memo field and the sender bank details. To ensure fast matching:
- Always include your SKU (e.g.
activation-50) and company name in the memo. - Send the exact amount shown at checkout (e.g. US$15,000.00 for Activation-25).
- If you've received an invoice email, include the invoice ID (e.g.
in_1T7...) instead. - Email billing@attestlayer.com with your transfer confirmation for faster processing.
If a payment cannot be matched within 5 business days of receipt, we will contact you using the email on file. Unmatched payments after 30 days will be returned to the originating account minus any intermediary bank fees.

All wire payments must be in USD. If your originating bank sends a different currency, the received USD amount after conversion must match the listed price. Any shortfall due to conversion fees will need to be topped up before activation.
What if my wire is delayed?
International wires can sometimes take up to 5 business days depending on intermediary banks. If your wire has not arrived after 5 business days:
- Check with your bank for a tracking reference (UETR for SWIFT transfers).
- Email billing@attestlayer.com with the tracking reference and transfer confirmation.
- We will trace the wire on our end and update you within 1 business day.
Refund policy for wire payments
- Before activation: Full refund available. Wire return fee (if any) is borne by AttestLayer.
- After activation: Same refund policy as card/invoice payments applies — see Refund Policy.
- Overpayment: If you wire more than the listed amount, the excess will be returned to your originating account within 5 business days.
- Underpayment: If the received amount is less than the listed price (e.g. due to intermediary bank fees), we will notify you. You can send the difference or request a return of the partial payment.
Security
Our bank details are published on this page and shown on the checkout page after authentication. We will never ask you to wire funds to a different account by email or phone. If you receive such a request, do not proceed and report it to security@attestlayer.com.
