Refund / billing summary
Refunds are governed by the AttestLayer Refund/Billing Policy. In general, unused paid credits may be eligible for review before work begins, but completed reviews, issued packets, started monthly coverage periods, custom work, and successfully delivered evidence outputs are not refundable except where required by law. FAIL outcomes consume 0 credits when the plan says credits are only consumed on PASS.
