What you are buying

A one-time pack of 10 Activation submission credits valid for 14 days. Each credit entitles your organization to submit one evidence kit for deterministic issuance. 1 credit = 1 verified PASS kit issued.

Intended use

Activation-10 is designed for initial evaluation. Purchase this pack to verify that AttestLayer evidence kits integrate with your existing compliance stack before committing to a larger volume.

Billing semantics

FAIL consumes $0 credits (no burn).
PASS burns 1 credit only when Verify PASS succeeds and the kit is issued.
If Verify fails due to AttestLayer system error, no credit is burned and any reserved burn is restored.
If your account has 0 available credits, PASS issuance is blocked until new credits are added.

Upgrade rule

If you upgrade to Activation-25 within 14 days, we apply 100% of this purchase price toward the upgrade. Your original Activation-10 credits do not transfer separately after upgrade; the purchase-price credit replaces the unused Activation-10 balance. Activation credits are not cash-refundable. If you execute an MMC order within 90 days, eligible unused paid Activation balance converts 1:1 into MMC credits at execution.

What happens after payment

Payment is processed through secure hosted checkout.
Credits are granted only after payment is confirmed by webhook.
You will receive a confirmation email when credits are live.
You can then begin issuing evidence kits through the Partner Portal.

Refund policy

FAIL = $0 credits — no credit is burned on a failed submission.
PASS burns 1 credit — only when Verify PASS succeeds and the kit is issued.
Buyer-safe resubmit — each FAIL includes 1 priority resubmit within 7 days at no extra cost.
SLA miss protection — if we miss the stated delivery SLA after PASS, credits auto-return + 10% bonus credits.
Full refund — if we cannot deliver due to our fault, you may request a full refund within 7 days.
