Monthly Coverage is not the normal first paid step. If this is your first live paid batch, use Activation first.

Coverage paths
Monthly Coverage has four usage paths.
Use Post-Activation Coverage when you completed an Activation packet and want light monthly refresh, re-issuance capacity, buyer-specific re-export, and readiness after the first paid batch.
Use Growth Coverage when you expect several recurring buyer, security, procurement, audit, or partner evidence requests per month, but do not yet need 10 monthly PASS issuances.
Use Coverage-10 when your team needs predictable monthly coverage for roughly 10 verified PASS issuances per month.
Use Coverage-25, Coverage-50, or Coverage-100 when your team already has production monthly PASS volume.
Use Strategic / Portfolio Coverage when your organization needs more than Coverage-100, reserved capacity, portfolio reporting, or a custom agreement.

Monthly Coverage Plans
Monthly Coverage is split into four paths: post-Activation continuity for teams that completed a first packet, Growth Coverage for lighter recurring buyer-review needs, Coverage-10 for team-level recurring capacity, and production monthly coverage for predictable high-volume PASS issuance. Larger recurring agreements can still use billing review, invoice, wire, annual billing, or procurement-led setup where applicable.

Post-Activation Coverage and Growth Coverage are monthly recurring subscriptions. They are not cheaper replacements for Activation. Activation creates the first paid live batch. Monthly plans keep AttestLayer available for recurring refresh, re-issuance, re-export, and monthly PASS issuance capacity.

What happens after checkout
For Post-Activation Coverage, Growth Coverage, and Coverage-10, the same PASS/FAIL issuance rules apply: PASS consumes 1 verified PASS issuance credit, FAIL burns 0 credits, unused monthly credits do not roll over, and extra PASS credits are billed at the stated overage rate.
- For self-serve card plans, checkout starts the subscription; monthly credits provision after the paid invoice is confirmed.
- Buyer Console access is sent by email.
- The team can upload the first submission in the browser.
- The applicable queue and support level are active from day one.
- PASS issues a signed verification kit and consumes 1 verified PASS issuance credit.
- FAIL returns an exact blocker list and consumes 0 credits.
- API access is available as an advanced option for technical teams.
- Plan auto-renews monthly. Unused PASS issuance credits do not roll over. Overage is billed per additional PASS issuance credit at the stated rate.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. PASS issuance credits stay active until then.
Billing examples
Use 1 of 1 Post-Activation Coverage PASS credits
You pay US$2,500. One verified PASS issuance credit is included for the month. If you need another verified PASS issuance in the same month, it is billed at US$995.
Use 3 of 5 Growth Coverage PASS credits
You pay US$5,000. Two unused monthly PASS credits expire at month-end. Next month reloads 5 credits.
Use 12 of 10 Coverage-10 PASS credits
You pay US$8,500 + 2 additional PASS credits billed at US$850 each.
Use 20 of 25 PASS issuance credits
You pay US$15,000. 5 unused PASS issuance credits expire at month-end. Next month reloads 25.
Use 30 of 25 PASS issuance credits
You pay US$15,000 + 5 additional PASS issuance credits billed at the stated overage rate on your next invoice.
Cancel mid-cycle
Remaining PASS issuance credits stay active until the end of the current billing period. No refund for partial months.
Cancellation & renewal
- Cancel anytime before the next billing date — by email or via account-management instructions where applicable. No termination fee.
- Effective date — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. PASS issuance credits remain active until then.
- Renewal — plans auto-renew monthly. A renewal reminder is sent 7 days before billing.
- Plan changes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply at the start of the next billing period.
Coming from Activation?
If you move from Activation into Monthly Coverage within 90 days, eligible unused Activation credits can convert 1:1 into the first billing cycle of Post-Activation Coverage, Growth Coverage, Coverage-10, Coverage-25, Coverage-50, or Coverage-100.
This is a one-time balance transfer, not a perpetual credit. No double counting applies. No silent forfeiture applies. Activation account closes once the transfer completes.
