What Monthly Coverage Is
Monthly Coverage is a recurring plan that reserves a fixed band of credits each month. 1 credit = 1 verified PASS kit issued — same definition as Activation. You get priority handling, retained access to all prior deliverables, and a predictable monthly bill.
Plans auto-renew monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. Overage is billed per-credit at the stated overage rate.

What happens after checkout
- First month's payment confirmed.
- Credits load immediately. You receive an onboarding email with your API key.
- Submit via browser or API — priority queue active from day one.
- Plan auto-renews monthly. Unused credits do not roll over.
- Overage billed per-credit at the stated overage rate.
Billing examples
Use 20 of 25 credits
You pay $15,000. 5 unused credits expire at month-end. Next month reloads 25.
Use 30 of 25 credits
You pay $15,000 + 5 overage credits billed at the per-credit overage rate on your next invoice.
Cancel mid-cycle
Remaining credits stay active until the end of the current billing period. No refund for partial months.
Cancellation & renewal
- Cancel anytime — email support or use your account dashboard. No termination fee.
- Effective date — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits remain active until then.
- Renewal — plans auto-renew on the same day each month. You'll receive a renewal reminder 7 days before billing.
- Plan changes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply at the start of the next billing period.
Coming from Activation?
If you move from Activation to Monthly Coverage within 90 days, any eligible unused Activation credits convert 1 : 1 into your new plan — applied once on the first billing cycle.
- One-time balance transfer, not a perpetual credit.
- No double counting. No silent forfeiture.
- Activation account closes once the transfer completes.
