Email and access after purchase

Use this page if you need help with confirmation emails, intake instructions, workspace access, or billing follow-up after purchase.

After payment

After payment, AttestLayer sends confirmation and any required intake or workspace instructions. Work starts only after payment clears and required intake/setup is complete.

If you do not see the email

  • Check the billing email used at checkout.
  • Check spam, quarantine, or security gateway folders.
  • Ask your billing/procurement team whether a shared billing mailbox was used.
  • Contact support with your company name, purchase path, and approximate payment time.
