Email & access issues

If your verification code does not arrive

  1. Check spam, promotions, and any security-filtered folders.
  2. Wait up to a few minutes and try again.
  3. Make sure you entered the email address correctly.
  4. If you still do not see it, start over from the Pilot page.

If your Buyer Console email does not arrive after purchase

  1. Check spam and security-filtered folders first.
  2. Go directly to buy.attestlayer.com/signin.
  3. There is no buyer password to reset. Enter your work email there and request a new one-time sign-in link.
  4. If billing is still processing by invoice or wire, wait for payment clearance.
  5. If you remain blocked, email contact@attestlayer.com.

When to contact support

  • Your code never arrives after retrying.
  • Your link has expired and you cannot restart cleanly.
  • You paid but still cannot reach the Buyer Console.
  • You are unsure whether billing or identity review is still pending.
