If your verification code does not arrive
- Check spam, promotions, and any security-filtered folders.
- Wait up to a few minutes and try again.
- Make sure you entered the email address correctly.
- If you still do not see it, start over from the Pilot page.
If your Buyer Console email does not arrive after purchase
- Check spam and security-filtered folders first.
- Go directly to buy.attestlayer.com/signin.
- There is no buyer password to reset. Enter your work email there and request a new one-time sign-in link.
- If billing is still processing by invoice or wire, wait for payment clearance.
- If you remain blocked, email contact@attestlayer.com.
When to contact support
- Your code never arrives after retrying.
- Your link has expired and you cannot restart cleanly.
- You paid but still cannot reach the Buyer Console.
- You are unsure whether billing or identity review is still pending.
