1. What this page covers
This page describes the product-specific terms that apply to direct-buyer offers on buy.attestlayer.com, including Activation, Monthly Coverage, Buyer Proof Packs, and the Enterprise Deal Rail. Read together with the Terms, the Direct Buyer Purchase Addendum, and the offer page for each purchase. Companywide product terms are published on attestlayer.com/legal/product-terms.
2. Record-only boundary
All AttestLayer offers are record-only. AttestLayer does not audit, certify, legally approve, insure, independently verify supplied claims, or guarantee buyer, procurement, security, partner, or customer approval. Each issued packet is a structured, verifiable bundle of supplied records.
3. Pilot
The Pilot is a free evaluation path. One set of supplied records is packaged into one sample proof packet. Pilot output is for evaluation; it does not include the full support window or extended verification path of a paid offer. AttestLayer can decline a Pilot request that falls outside published scope.
4. Evidence Readiness Check
Evidence Readiness Check is a one-time paid diagnostic. It produces a written readiness output and does not, by itself, issue a buyer-forwardable proof packet. Readiness output is delivered into the customer's workspace.
5. Activation
Activation is one-time paid PASS-credit capacity. Each Activation purchase issues a fixed number of PASS credits, valid for the validity period stated on the offer page. PASS consumes 1 credit; FAIL consumes 0 credits. Unused credits convert 1:1 to Monthly Coverage capacity or to additional Buyer Proof Packs at expiration, as stated on the offer page.
6. Monthly Coverage
Monthly Coverage is recurring paid PASS-credit capacity. Each tier (Post-Activation, Growth, Coverage-10/25/50/100, Strategic, Portfolio) issues a fixed number of PASS credits per billing cycle, valid only inside that cycle unless the offer page states otherwise. Cancellation rules are in the Refund and Billing Policy.
7. Buyer Proof Packs
Founding Customer Proof Pack and Enterprise Buyer Proof Pack are one-time paid offers. Each issues a buyer-forwardable supplied-record proof packet plus the support window stated on the offer page.
8. Enterprise Deal Rail
Enterprise Deal Rail is a multi-deal contracted rail under a written master agreement. Volume, support window, intake cadence, and renewal terms are stated in the agreement and override the per-offer page where they differ.
9. Single-Deal Proof Pack
Single-Deal Proof Pack is a cold-email-only one-off offer. It is not listed in main navigation and not eligible for recurring billing. The single-deal terms on the offer page govern.
10. Workspace and verification path
Each paid offer provisions or extends an AttestLayer workspace and produces a durable verification path for issued packets. Verification path retention follows the Data retention page.
11. Output formats
Standard output formats are: reviewer-friendly PDF, ZIP bundle containing the manifest and signed components, and a public verifier URL for each issued packet. Custom output formats are agreed in writing.
12. Changes to product terms
AttestLayer may update these product terms. Material changes are posted with a new effective date. Purchases already in progress remain governed by the product terms in effect at checkout.
