Accessibility Statement

PUBLIC-SURFACE LIMITED GO / CUSTOMER-PROCESSING NO-GO.

AttestLayer is committed to improving the accessibility of its current public information and synthetic examples. Checkout, Buyer Console, live verification, and generated customer documents are candidate surfaces and are not authorized as active customer processing.

The web experience is designed with WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria as a target. This statement is not a representation that every surface or generated document has completed an independent conformance audit.

Current source design targets include:

  • keyboard navigation;
  • visible focus states;
  • text alternatives for meaningful images;
  • form labels and error associations;
  • sufficient color contrast;
  • status text that does not rely on color alone;
  • responsive zoom and reflow;
  • clear headings and landmarks;
  • reduced-motion support;
  • plain-language instructions and status messages.

Generated-document accessibility

Candidate generated Buyer Review Pack PDFs are designed to include document language and title metadata, embedded Unicode text, bookmarks, structure-based reading and tab order, and content-bound tags for headings, paragraphs, lists, tables, column headers, data cells, and links. Link tags are tied to their interactive annotations. These features are covered by automated structural and visual-regression checks in candidate or synthetic contexts, but have not completed independent PAC testing or human assistive technology validation. The PDFs are not represented as PDF/UA-conformant or screen-reader certified. If a separately evidenced historical or authorized synthetic document creates a barrier, request an accessible alternative from support@attestlayer.com or call 1-866-739-0570. AttestLayer will work with the requester to provide a reasonable alternative where available.

To report an accessibility issue, email support@attestlayer.com and include:

  • affected page or document;
  • task you were attempting;
  • assistive technology or browser where relevant;
  • description of the barrier.

AttestLayer will investigate reported barriers and provide a reasonable alternative where available.
