Billing semantics
- FAIL consumes US$0 credits (no burn).
- PASS burns 1 credit only when Verify PASS succeeds and the kit is issued.
- If Verify fails due to AttestLayer system error, no credit is burned and any reserved burn is restored.
- If your account has 0 available credits, PASS issuance is blocked until new credits are added.
What happens after payment
After payment is confirmed, AttestLayer sends an onboarding email with Buyer Console access so your team can start in the browser right away. API access details are included for technical teams that prefer automation.

- SLA miss protection — if we miss the stated delivery SLA after PASS, credits auto-return + 10% bonus credits.
- Full refund — if we cannot deliver due to our fault, you may request a full refund within 7 days.
