What happens after I buy Activation-10?
A step-by-step description of what AttestLayer sends, when work starts, how PASS/FAIL credits are consumed, and the Activation-10 validity window.
After payment
After successful card payment, AttestLayer sends a confirmation email to the billing address and any required intake instructions. Work starts only after payment clears and required intake/setup is complete.
Workspace access
AttestLayer provisions or extends an AttestLayer workspace for the purchaser. The named billing contact receives workspace access instructions. Other authorized users named on the workspace are added through onboarding or access workflow.
Validity
Activation-10 issues 10 PASS credits, valid 90 days from payment confirmation. Unused credits convert 1:1 toward Post-Activation Coverage or a Buyer Proof Pack credit at expiration. No silent forfeiture.
PASS / FAIL
PASS consumes 1 credit. FAIL consumes 0 credits. Credits are capacity/evidence credits and are not guarantees of buyer, procurement, security, partner, or customer approval.
Target output delivery window
Each Activation submission has a target output delivery window after PASS determination, stated on the offer page. The window is an operational target, not a contractual service-level guarantee, and applies only after the customer has supplied complete records and the workspace has accepted intake.
