Integrity Check
Every answer compared with your records: Confirmed, Contradicted, Unsupported or Missing answer, with the record quote. Then your questionnaire, unchanged, and the report issued as a package your client can verify. US$1,950, once.
This is for a team that has already filled in the client's questionnaire and wants every statement checked against its own records before sending it.
What you upload
Your completed questionnaire (the client's XLSX, DOCX, CSV or TSV file with your answers in it) and your records: up to 40 for the Integrity Check, 60 for Integrity 150, 80 for Integrity 300. Every answer column is read; reviewer and client-notes columns are ignored.
What you get
For each statement in each answer: Confirmed, Contradicted, Unsupported, Missing answer or Not checked, with the exact record quote and where it is. A contradiction shows the value you wrote next to the value in the record. You get the report as a PDF (English and French) and as your questionnaire with three added columns (XLSX). When you finalize, the signed package holds your questionnaire unchanged, the report and the verification files.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't rewrite your answers or change your file. Drafts, superseded versions, templates and quarantined files never confirm a statement, and an expired record never confirms a current one.
Price and scope
This check compares your answers with the records you submitted and flags statements they don't support or that contradict them. It does not test your controls and does not verify that any statement is true.
