After submission, AttestLayer reviews the request, confirms plan fit, sends invoice/order instructions if accepted, and service starts only after payment or accepted written billing workflow. Submission is not acceptance. AttestLayer may accept, reject, or request clarification before any service starts.

What is not included

Submission does not include audit, certification, legal opinion, insurance, procurement approval, or buyer approval guarantees.
Extra PASS credits, custom scope, integrations, remediation, downstream client rights, reseller rights, and white-label rights require separate written scope.
